1-Year Anni!

This week marks the 1-year anniversary of the women's jiu jitsu program at BETA Academy!

To commemorate the event, we held the previously mentioned FREE SEMINAR: Introduction to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for Women last night.

The event was a tremendous success - in one night we gained five new teammates.

Reggie Esteban wrote about the even in his blog and posted a video of me (nerdy and tired) talking about the day.

New Class Schedule

Starting September 1st:
Women's BJJ at BETA Academy will be held at 8:00PM on Wednesdays.

Also on September 1st:
Additional FREE Intro to BJJ - seminar for women will take place simultaneous to the mixed BJJ class at 6:30 PM. All BETA Academy students are encouraged to bring at least one friend!!
